Handling

  1. Clean Hands: Always handle prints with clean, dry hands or wear cotton gloves to prevent oils and dirt from transferring to the paper.
  2. Support: Support prints from underneath with both hands to avoid bending or creasing the paper.

Display

  1. UV Protection: Frame prints using UV-protective glass or acrylic to shield them from harmful ultraviolet rays that can cause fading.
  2. Humidity and Temperature: Display prints in environments with stable temperature and humidity levels, ideally between 65-70°F (18-21°C) and 40-60% relative humidity. Be mindful of hanging prints in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
  3. Mounting: Use archival-quality matting and mounting materials. Avoid adhesives that can yellow or damage the paper over time. Hinges made from acid-free tape are preferred for mounting.
  4. Location: Be mindful of your choice of display locations. Ideally away from direct sunlight, but if in direct sunlight make sure your frame uses a UV protection glass. Also consider if the locations of high humidity (such as bathrooms), and fluctuating temperatures (like above radiators).

How do you handle returns or exchanges?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we provide a returns shipping note.

Do you offer framing services for purchased artwork?

I'm finalising the details providing prints in frames, so you don't have to. It's coming soon.
